Hearing God’s Voice
Course Evaluation I’ve really enjoyed this course and it exceeded my expectations concerning all that God would provide me in His multiform wisdom, abundant grace and immense love. |

| The majors points that I enhance from the course concern the direction and discernment of God’s Word (through His Logos Word, the inner peace in my heart and His providence) and even more and above all the goal of being one with the One and Only God and becoming His Ways. Very importantly in the discernment part I’d like to refer the significance of seeking to become the character and will of God in order to express His life and love to others as the line and the plummet to sense, judge and taste God’s Rhema Word. Also the motivation and the inner peace of my heart were effectively the main signposts that influenced my learning curve and will continue to be important in my quest for God’s face and hearing His Voice. What better words from King David’s psalm? “Who shall go up into the hill of Jehovah? Or who shall stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, and has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from Jehovah, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, O God of Jacob. Selah” (Psa 24:3-6). Some of the points that I’ll try to implement are sharing God’s revelation and seeking godly counsel. Though I like to give life and love to others it hasn’t been easy to do it with those in authority, in the sense that sometimes other priorities take order in the pastoral ministry... Well…the most important is God’s agenda! But I want to try harder and press on. The most difficult parts for me in the course were writing concerning the General and the Specific Will of God. I had to persist in His Presence, waiting and listening to His Heart desires to make sure that I was listening correctly. But then the outpouring came…and there it was: faith fortified and confirmed! Praise God! Sometimes my parents say that when my mother was pregnant of me they used to talk about me: how I’d be like, what I’d do…Like King David said: “with your own eyes you saw my body being formed. Even before I was born, you had written in your book everything I would do. Your thoughts are far beyond my understanding, much more than I could ever imagine” (Psa 139:16-17). This course was an amazing journey in the process of becoming more like God and His thoughts written about me in the Book of Life. I found very significant the practical component of the course, all the spiritual exercises, without them I’d have missed the “good part” (Lk 10:42): practicing listening God’s voice.
