Prophet's 102

Course Evaluation

Paul said to the Corinthians “Pursue love, and seek eagerly the spiritual things, but rather that you may prophesy” (1Co 14:1). It was a pleasure and a privilege to participate in this course of the School of Prophets 102.
This course has equipped me with a good understanding of foundational principles for understanding and ministering in the prophetic. Namely that prophets are communicators of life, not merely communicators of facts and information and that the object of prophetic ministry is to reveal Jesus. The Spirit of Prophecy IS the testimony of Jesus. The testimony of a true prophet is not just the works of Christ but the fruit of Christ. So that more important than merely the accuracy of our words is the character of Christ in our words.

Also this course has enabled me to avoid certain deceptions and pitfalls often found in prophetic circles that have to do with old religious ways and traditions, “evangelic-charismatic-burqas” that are hindrances for the true life and anointing of who Jesus really is. This course has helped me to recognize those hindrances that prevent others from seeing who Jesus really is. Namely what concerns our motifs and our focus as we function in God’s prophetic demonstration. We need to experience legitimate: power, praise, pleasure, provision, and promotion of God in our lives. We must resist and run away from the temptations of the glory of ministry, so that we will not produce a “strange-fire” that will result in death. So the purpose of ministry must be love and the fruit of ministry must produce love for God and others.

This course has presented me with keys that will help me minister with prophetic character and life. Those keys are the principles of God’s kingdom and of the New Covenant. God’s kingdom is one of life, victory, and the increase of all that is of Him. It is a ministry of faith and not fear. It is a ministry revealing the power of God’s mercy and the life-changing strength of His grace. Prophetic ministry in the New Covenant will always reveal that Christ’s mercy has triumphed over judgment. So all true prophetic ministry will find its roots in the Tree of Life and not the right and wrong measure of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Another important key that I have received is to prioritize the purpose of prophecy. Every word from God is given to produce life. Prophetic words from God are not for the purpose of information, but rather the power of His transformation in our lives. God’s prophetic words will carry the power to change the character of our lives and draw us closer to Him.

So this course has enabled me to recognize that prophetic ministry is a part of God’s grace given to help us know the path to walk that leads to a full connection in the body of Christ with a clear understanding of Christ’s character and integrity. For all these reasons I vividly recommend this course.

Thank you for sharing what the Spirit has been telling you concerning Jesus, His Kingdom and His church and for being a shophar and a hammered silver trumpet that sounds His voice, His wisdom and His will.
